Personally if i am to express myself without adding sentiments i will say ladies....not because i am a guy,my reasons for saying this is because a guy can tell lie and even take it for a hobby but he will eventually get caught but if a girl,chic or lady tells a lie "OH MY GOD" that lie can go with her to the grave.....let me know your opinion if i am wrong

WHO IS THE BEST LIAR.......A GUY OR A CHIC
